Our boot camps are all about you, our client, for you to firmly make a change.
Delivered by our REPS Level 3 qualified Personal Trainers, our boot camps will offer a strenuous exercise regime that will improve your physical and mental wellbeing. Very little equipment is required other than body weight (either your own or that of a partner) to perform a wide range of individual, partner and team speed, strength, agility and stamina exercises.
The types of exercises we will ask you to do are bodyweight exercises like push ups, squats, star jumps and burpees, interspersed with running and competitive games.
Our fitness routines will help towards reducing excess body fat, improve definition and tone of body muscles along with improved coordination. Significant benefits are inevitable.
Our boot camps will be challenging both physically and mentally and are certainly not for the faint hearted. We want everyone taking part to be involved and work at their own ability level and with focus, dedication and team work, we will help and support you towards reaching your ultimate health and fitness goals.
